General Questions

We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt (please allow until Monday if you email us over the weekend.)

Your satisfaction is so important to us that we decided to put our bands where our mouths are:

If any band breaks, we’ll send you a new one for free. You just have to pay for shipping. Please note that bands will peel a little with use so don’t worry if one of the strips starts to unravel. The bands are made through a layering process for added durability so the layers may begin to separate over time but should never break.

If you are unhappy with the bands, you have two months to send them back for a refund – no questions asked. Returned packages must be postmarked within 60 days of the confirmed date of delivery and must include the original Order Number. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items that are opened since we can’t resell them.

No sweat, just email us your Order Number, pictures of the damaged items, and your shipping address using our Contact page on the website. We can either offer you a refund or replacement depending on the details of your order.

Product Questions

Rubberbanditz bands are made through a layering process (thin strand of latex spooled) instead of one solid molded latex. The result is higher quality with the layering process - longer durability, smoother increase in resistance as the band is stretched (i.e. better user experience).

With friction, resistance bands can peel over time due to normal wear and tear from use. You can snip off the piece that is peeling then the band should maintain its structural integrity, prevent any further peeling, and continue to use as is.

We'd also recommend rotating the band around the pull-up bar so it doesn't wear one place. Also, make sure it's not wrapped around a rough portion of the pull-up bar. Of course, if the edge of the band has a cut in it, then it should not be used as it may snap on you.

They are talcum powder which coats the resistance bands to prevent them from sticking during shipment. You can hand wash the bands with warm soapy water. Hang them dry in the open air and keep them away from direct sunlight. Make sure they are properly dry before using them.

Just keep them out of direct sunlight for extended periods of time; keep them dry and store them properly; don’t stretch them more than 2.5 times their original length, and don’t let them come in contact with rough surfaces (i.e. asphalt, sharp posts, children with scissors).
